The listing form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, listing links and questions so Hemesath Realty can respond. Submissions are stored in a private WordPress inbox and an email notification is requested through the website’s mail provider.
Website inbox records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Email copies and backups have separate retention policies.
The form uses a hidden spam field, a security token and temporary rate-limiting records derived from a hashed connection address. The plugin does not save raw IP addresses with your inquiry. Hosting and mail providers may keep their own operational logs.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Your browser makes those requests directly.
